  Great experience at Cellular Sales, Northwood Mall! I visited the store to replace my Jetpack- it failed. I couldn't remember my acct pin, which caused a problem trying to upgrade device. Dennis assured me that "we will get this fixed." He helped me reset my pin, which made it possible to upgrade my device. He's definitely customer focused, he worked the issue all the way through completion. I left the store very satisfied with the professional and courteous service he provided. Thanks!

  Amazing customer service provided by Alex Trujillo. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and patient with the customer. I am in the middle of a very big move and although I knew my phone needed to be upgraded, he made sure I was making the best decisions for my budget. I wasn't expecting to upgrade the day that I had visited Northwoods, but because Alex went above and beyond to assist me in making the best decision for me I happily walked out with an upgrade. On any further Verizon equipment needs, I will be sure to return to this location to see Alex. Great example of how to treat a customer.
