  As an US Army service member I have not had more difficulty or troubles with a phone service than as of now. I have had t mobile service for over 5 years all while paying on time and not complaining one but until now. For the past nearly 2 years I gave been trying to add my military discount to my account with no luck whatsoever. I have called and called and uploaded copies and copies to their website. Now, after almost 2 years they tell me that they cannot add the discount but they could give me a $40 credit!!! Walmart employees get an even bigger discount and appreciation! On top of that, T mobile will not honor a phone special they are advertising online for their Note 5's ($200 rebate) all because I'm not adding a new phone line. I don't know how much more I can take but if this is how they treat other military veterans I don't know how they can sleep at night.

  Walk in, get greeted. 2 customers inside...3 employees. One walking in and out the back of the store. Wait a while....one customer finishes and the employee helping them sits down and starts texting ignoring me. Slow. Unhelpful.
