- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆July 24, 2019, by Bradford MillerThis is the best exchange in the Charleston area relative to size and selection. They even sell guns! Only Tuesday through Saturday though. Weird schedule but it's what they do. Be sure to have your orders and South Carolina address if you are in the military and want to buy a gun here without being a resident. Other than that it is your same old type of military exchange. The extra star was for selling guns at fair prices.
