  Carpet To Go & More handles installation and communication in a poor and unprofessional manner. We scheduled to have our carpet installed at 10:30am. A job which was quoted to take around 2 or 3 hours. At 11:00 am, there was no sign of an installer at which point we contacted the point person for installation. He had no contact with his installer until almost 12:00 pm. At this point we learned that the installer had a personal issue and wanted to reschedule for another date, which we cannot do. After much run around and phone tag, the contact person for the installation turned off his phone and all of our phone calls go to voicemail. The salesperson at the store says there is nothing he can do because he only handles sales and not the actual installation of the product. When we pay for installation, we expect to have the job done in a timely manner. The fact that there has been no concrete communication from anyone is the basis for this unprofessional rating on the review. It is one thing to be running late and communicate that to your customers, but to just stop answering phone calls or divert information or provide none at all because it's not your department is unacceptable. At this point, it is 4:00 and said installer is "still on the way" mind you the store is 30 minutes from our home. Also, for a store that sells flooring in such large quantities, why do you only have one installer? That is poor practice in my honest opinion. We have now taken this from speaking with our local store to speaking with the director of sales at the regional office in Charlotte.

  My buddy had a horrible expeirence with his wife they did not provide the services that they said they would when they said they would and wouldn't return their calls. They have attempted to get a refund and this company wouldnt even provide that for them. These are signs of a company that does not care for their customers so I wouldn't recommend.
