  We came in to check out clothes for a wedding we were attending. We were held by Dan and when we expressed concerns about pricing, he told us, in no uncertain terms, that we shouldn't have "gone this far" and that he "could have waited on 2 other customers," ignoring the fact that he had helped other customers while we were standing there and had passed by less expensive options. He even took a personal phone call while helping us. Thank you, Dan, for convincing me never to waste money at Brooks Brothers and telling me friends to avoid it as well.
