  My experience with Atlantic Bedding and Furniture delivery men Eddie and Lamar was like day and night compared to the plantation mentality of Derrick and Freddy. Eddie and Lamar delivered my new adjustable bed with a smile, courtesy, intelligence and professionalism. Derrick and Freddy came with a negative attitude complaining that the furniture was too heavy and that they did not get paid enough to lift furniture that heavy. They got as far as the stairs, and while cursing and complaining they dropped the base of the bed and broke my banister. I asked them to leave. This was the second time Derrick and Freddy tried to deliver my bed. The first time they did not check to see if they had all the parts to put the bed together. The second time, they could not lift the furniture. When I spoke to their supervisor he complained to me about yelling at him. When I spoke to Chris the store manager who waited two days before he called me about the situation, he took their side based on the lies that they told him. Chris was not there to know what really happened. I ordered the bed on 23 January 2018. It was finally delivered on the third attempt on 10 March 2018. My banister still has not been repaired, therefore I am forced to retain an attorney and contact the BBB. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH ATLANTIC BEDDING AND FURNITURE TO ANYONE. Troy the salesman was charming and courteous, but he did not follow through to make sure the customer was satisfied. ATLANTIC BEDDING AND FURNITURE DOES NOT GIVE GOOD AND CARING CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND IF YOU TRY TO CANCEL THE ORDER THEY CHARGE YOU FOR IT! AT LEAST THE THIRD TIME DELIVERY MEN EDDIE AND LAMAR GAVE ME A GOOD AND SATISFYING EXPERIENCE.
